Day Coordination of Half Day – Reception Only W/ Night Wrapup 1500.00
One meeting prior to event 3 weeks prior to event to establish Tiaras and Tacones Events as your point of contact and collect seating arrangements and or list of balances, special instructions, timeline and vendor/venue walk-thru with client and or DJ. Contact all vendors with client instruction sheet for day of event
Rehearsal attendance
Set up supervision
Day of coordination / 1 coordinator / 1 assistant coordinator / 2 hostesses / 1 general staff member program manager to assist with program.
3-hour guest seating assistance (escort to seats or advice if assigned seating) Run Program with venue for dinner, toast, cake and all formalities
Coordinate with DJ music selections and or order
9 hours of service (2 hours prior, 6 hours for reception up to 1 hour after event Emergency kit
