Full Service and Planning Coordination – 3500.00
▪ Find or visit reception site for planning and advising on best use of space, seating arrangements
▪ Assist with booking of all necessary vendors
▪ Provide photographer and videographer timeline and or important shots list
▪ Help you bring your style to life
▪ Help you design your event and give you creative ideas
▪ Work with priest/pastor and/or ceremony location if you need them
▪ Assist with band or DJ, or other entertainment coordination
▪ Find reception day transportation if needed
▪ Find ceremony musicians if needed and or assist with music selection
▪ Assist with floral decorators for personal flowers, ceremony and reception décor, party favors.
▪ Managing your vendors and serve as go to person for event process
▪ Negotiate contracts with your vendors if needed
▪ Create and execute a detailed timeline and production schedule for your reception, and the entire planning process from start to finish
▪ Make sure you don’t miss any important details
▪ Help you manage bridal party and or sponsors if applicable
▪ Advise you on etiquette and traditions when appropriate
▪ Help you select invitations, wording (with in house designer)
▪ Assistant with emergency kit provided for Bride
▪ Email and phone consultation
▪ Day of coordination / 1 coordinator / 1 assistant coordinator / 2 hostesses / 1 general staff member program manager to assist with show
Day of Coordination – Description
Set up supervision
Rehearsal attendance
Final banquet hall walk thru
Meeting with client 3 weeks prior
Build timeline and distribute to vendors
Contact all vendors with client instruction sheet for day of event
Attend ceremony for coordination needs, receiving or distribution of programs and or floral deliveries, oversee musicians or transportation vendors in need of direction.
Reception assistance
3-hour guest seating assistance (escort to seats or advice if assigned seating)
Run Program with venue for dinner, toast, cake and dance
Coordinate with DJ music selections and or order
12-14 hours of service (6 hours prior, 6 hours for reception up 2 hours after event or day of if needed for rentals)
▪ 5 vendor meetings
▪ 5 client/coordinator meetings through out planning process
Morning assistant at home or Hotel for room staging, coordination of vendors and or extra pair of hands to assist with wardrobe or
extras for ceremony site.
Emergency kit Wrap up place
